Landewyck Building, Luxembourg
The construction work around the listed building in Rue de Hollerich is a landmark happening in Luxembourg. Its transformation into a modern office building is an exciting challenge for BELVEDERE and the partners in this project.

Context
This listed building gives Rue de Hollerich, Luxembourg, its unique character. Built in 1937 in the Bauhaus style, it housed the administration as well as approx. 4000 m² of production and storage space. From 2020, it will be converted into a modern office building by Landimmo. The aim is to be able to divide the building among several tenants, each occupying at least approx. 200 m² of the total area. In the future, the "Landewyck Building" will house the headquarters of the Landewyck/Landewyck Holding Group. The team of Belvedere Architektur / HLG / Enerventis was commissioned with the renovation.
