Context

The ground floor of the apartment building is owned by the fusion community of Helperknapp and is intended to be used as a retail and restaurant area. In order to revitalise the centre of the village and because restaurants are almost a natural part of the familiar village image, people are to gather there in future to eat, drink and shop. The exact concept is still under discussion.

Belvedere Architecture S.A. has been commissioned with the layout of this surface (spatial concept and interior design) in close cooperation with the municipal administration responsible for the said project.
