With the partial opening of Niederkorn Mall on April 16, 2026, the first section of a new shopping destination in the municipality of Differdange is now in place. BELVEDERE Architecture delivered the architectural planning up to the building permit stage.
With the opening of a first section on April 16, 2026, Niederkorn Mall has reached an important milestone. The first phase includes, among others, a supermarket, a hair salon and a waffle shop.
For us, it is always a special moment when a long-planned project becomes a real place. BELVEDERE Architecture was responsible for the architectural planning of the mall up to the building permit stage.
The current partial opening marks a first step towards the site’s full use. With final completion scheduled for 2028/2029, Niederkorn Mall will bring together a wide range of shopping and services across more than 30,000 m².
