The first contact usually takes place by email, via the contact form or by phone. Based on this, we first make an initial assessment of your project and get back to you. If needed, we may ask for some initial documents — for example photos, existing plans, a cadastral extract or the location of the property — to better understand the context.
At this stage, we deliberately avoid premature statements or “ideas on demand”. Reliable assessments are only possible on the basis of a sound analysis.
If a next step makes sense, we arrange an initial consultation or preliminary analysis subject to a professional fee — at our office, on the plot or directly on site. During this phase, we examine your project in a structured way, especially with regard to planning regulations, the potential of the plot or existing building, and possible risks.
This personal meeting also gives both sides the opportunity to get to know each other and assess whether the project fits our way of working and whether a clear, trusting collaboration is possible.
This first phase creates quality and security for all further planning steps and forms the basis for a clear proposal for our subsequent services. If we are commissioned afterwards, the fee for this initial consultation is fully credited.
