The old farmhouse is located in the municipality of Niederanven. It is planned to convert the listed building into a residence. Part of the original building will have to be demolished beforehand. The renovated object will be completed with new annexes and will house 5 high standard flats with parking spaces for the residents.
BELVEDERE has been commissioned by the client to carry out a partial architectural assignment, ranging from data research/APS to the application for building permission.
