The building has four basement levels, which house 80 parking spaces, technical rooms, service rooms and various archives and storage areas. The ground floor is mainly occupied by a commercial space of around 600 m², accessible from the Place de la gare. A total of 6,000 m² of office space is distributed over the seven floors of the building on Place de la gare and the four floors on Rue du Fort Neipperg.
