We plan and deliver residential projects in a wide range of contexts and scales – from single-family houses to multi-storey residential buildings and more complex housing developments. Depending on requirements, we support the entire planning and construction process or contribute selectively to individual project phases.
Our work often begins at a very early stage of a project. We advise clients during project development, on urban planning issues and related procedures, creating a solid foundation for the subsequent planning phases.
We work on new-build projects as well as renovations and the transformation of existing buildings. Depending on the task, we accompany projects throughout the full process or take on clearly defined individual services – from initial studies through to execution.
A current example is a multi-storey residential building planned by our office in a centrally located yet quiet district of Luxembourg. The project is currently under construction and is also being closely supervised by us during the construction phase.
Residential architecture – in both urban and rural contexts – is an important part of our work.
