Leudelange Town Hall modernised.

Our design for the project convinced the jury – BELVEDERE Architecture has been commissioned with the planning of the redevelopment.

The project involves the construction of a single-storey, barrier-free entrance hall — the existing structure will be completely replaced — with a central reception area, as well as the functional and architectural optimisation of the adjacent civic centre. Each area will comprise approximately 65 m². The aim is to provide clear orientation, improved accessibility, and a contemporary welcome for all citizens.

The architectural concept of the new entrance hall by BELVEDERE Architecture consistently follows the principles of "form follows function" and "as much as necessary, as little as possible." These principles are particularly relevant as they allow for a functional design tailored to the specific requirements of the building without adding unnecessary formal elements. The result is a clear, efficient, and harmonious architecture that integrates seamlessly into its surroundings. The design focuses on essentials and responds with its volume and orientation to the new square layout and the high-quality spaces, paths, and public areas created there.
