Niederkorn Mall opens.
With the partial opening of Niederkorn Mall on April 16, 2026, a first phase of the project becomes reality. BELVEDERE Architecture was responsible for the architectural planning of the shopping mall up to the building permit stage.
With the partial opening of Niederkorn Mall on April 16, 2026, an important milestone has been reached. The first phase includes a supermarket, a hair salon and a waffle shop.
For us, it is always a special moment to see a built project that existed for a long time only through drawings, plans and architectural development. BELVEDERE Architecture was responsible for the architectural planning of the shopping mall up to the building permit stage.
At the heart of this first opening is also the new Delhaize, which, with around 1,500 sqm of retail space and a broad product offer, positions itself as a new local retail destination for Niederkorn and Differdange.
The full completion of the overall project is planned for 2029. Once completed, Niederkorn Mall will offer a total surface area of more than 30,000 sqm.
