Urban planning: one more skill in our team.
Our colleague, architecte Lorenz Reiter, has successfully completed the FCAT programme in spatial and urban planning. Like other team members before him, he strengthens BELVEDERE Architecture’s expertise in urbanism.
As in previous years, the 2024/2025 FCAT programme concluded with final presentations at the University of Luxembourg, Belval campus.
Our architect Lorenz Reiter took part in this year’s edition, completing the programme and contributing further to BELVEDERE Architecture’s expertise in urban planning.
This year’s case study site – used as the practical basis for the participants’ final projects – was located in Bertrange, with concrete proposals for development strategies, PAGs and PAPs.
The programme was supported by Frank Goeders and Claude Schuman from the Ministry of Home Affairs. It has been led for many years by Tom Becker from the University of Luxembourg, a key figure in the FCAT.
As in previous years, our CEO Patrick Meyer contributed to the programme with a lecture entitled “Planning from the Developer’s Perspective.”
