Niederkorn Mall, Differdange
Construction of a new multi-service centre to round off the existing range of local services.

Contexte
At the beginning of December 2023, the municipal council voted in favour of the construction of the Niederkorn Mall designed by BELVEDERE Architecture, thus ensuring the realisation of this large-scale project. The building will have the following uses :
- a multi-storey car park with 73 parking spaces, around 50 of which will be covered
- two commercial units
- a supermarket
- a day care centre for around 100 children with an outdoor courtyard
- a restaurant on the roof with access to a spacious terrace
Due to its strategic location and the various services it offers, this building will present itself as a functional hub.
On April 16, 2026, part of the mall opened with a supermarket, a hairdresser and a waffle shop. The full opening is planned for 2029, with more than 30,000 m² of floor area.
BELVEDERE Architecture was responsible for the architectural planning of the mall up to the building permit stage.
