Context
In order to optimise the commercialisation of a plot of land, we prepared a design for a semi-detached house project for a real estate developer that complies with the municipality's urban planning regulations. This design includes the plans of the storeys, the facades and a set of 3D visualisations. It serves to enable the future buyers to imagine the property in a built-up state.
The designed house consists of a large living room that opens widely to the landscape, a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and their associated bathrooms, and a staggered floor containing a library and the master suite that opens onto a large terrace.
