Once a grange, today a modern residential complex in beautiful Niederanven.

The renovated listed building was demolished in small sections before being completed with new annexes. It provides 5 attractive flats as well as parking spaces for the residents. Now, in October 2022, it is almost completed and looking forward to its new occupants.

BELVEDERE was contracted by the client as architect to accompany the project from the APS phase to the building permission.
