Context
The office building in Leudelange (Design: Linster Stupar Architectes) consists of two basement floors and four floors above ground, resulting in a total gross floor area of 7,200 m² and a usable office space of 4,700 m². There are 37 outdoor and 42 indoor parking spaces available. The façade cladding is a combination of natural stone on one side and aluminium/glass curtain walls on the other.
On behalf of the ParFi Group, the Interior Design Team at BELVEDERE Architecture was responsible for the design and interior fit-out of the office spaces on floors 1 to 3, carried out in a phased approach.
- Large plateaus with great flexibility in office layout. Alternating open and private areas.
- Central area: Lounge, kitchenette, photocopier area, break room / training room. Archive room.
- "Phone box" as the smallest possible private area.
