Context
GSK Stockmann is a leading independent European corporate law firm with over 250 professionals across their offices in Germany, Luxembourg and the UK.
The company has grown steadily since the establishment of its branch office on the Kirchberg Plateau in 2016. The need for new, larger offices was therefore identified to accommodate this growth. Already located in the Axento building, they chose to move within the same building to gain a larger surface area. To support them in this new phase, they asked BELVEDERE Architecture to design the new office space and to organise and supervise its implementation.
The new rental space was to include individual offices for 40 to 45 employees, with meeting rooms, a customer area with reception and a break room with lounge, open space areas and two changing rooms with showers.
The redesign of the long, narrow corridor in particular required intelligent planning ideas. BELVEDERE created greened indentations on the left and right sides, which, like the special carpet design, created an optical enlargement.
