GSK Stockmann, a renowned law firm specialising in commercial law, has relocated its offices from the 2nd to the 1st floor of the AXENTO building in Luxembourg-Kirchberg. BELVEDERE Architecture was commissioned to plan and supervise the conversion work. The services included the preliminary planning, the occupancy planning, the furnishing (new order and existing furniture to be taken over), the functional description for the tender as well as the acceptance of the work.
The new rental space was to include individual offices for 40 to 45 employees, with meeting rooms, a customer area with reception and a break room with lounge, open space areas and two changing rooms with showers.
The redesign of the long, narrow corridor in particular required intelligent planning ideas. BELVEDERE created indentations on the left and right sides, which, like the special carpet design, created an optical enlargement.
